Visual Connections New York will be at the iconic New Yorker hotel on Wednesday, October 25.

Creative directors, designers, editors and producers will all find plenty of creative inspiration, from the wide range of exhibitors, program of sessions (to be published), and the opportunity to network with other creatives from advertising, design, publishing, and TV production.

Enjoy lunch on us, plus snacks and drinks throughout the day, including wine and beer from 5pm. Attendees can take part in a prize drawing with a top prize worth $2,000.

Target audience: All image/footage/art buyers


Our popular annual industry overview returns to examine the ins and outs of copyrights, trademarks and releases. A single image or clip may have multiple rights holders, all of whose permissions you need. What are your responsibilities? What are your liabilities if you get it wrong? What responsibilities and liabilities fall to the licensing agency, photo/videographer or production house?

Registration required: Register for the image expo then follow the option to buy tickets (for yourself and colleagues). Tickets cost $35 in advance or $50 at the door (subject to availability).

We encourage you to submit a question to the panel. You can do this when you register or by clicking on the link in your registration confirmation email.

The expo and sessions are strictly limited to professional image/footage/art buyers and researchers. Photographer and students will not be admitted.
