Visual Connections New York is moving to the iconic and centrally-located New Yorker Hotel in the Garment District, Manhattan on Wednesday, October 25th.

Visual Connections New York is a key event in the industry calendar, drawing hundreds of professional image/footage/art buyers and researchers to meet stock agencies, photographers’ reps, production companies and trade organizations from around the world. Our event is preceded by the DMLA Annual International Conference on October 22 to 24 at the same venue.

  • *This is the total floor area available. Every part of all banner stand(s) and other equipment must fit within this space (more details in the exhibitor manual).
  • Staff receive a badge and complimentary food and refreshments throughout the day. Additional staff places (up to the stated maximum number) may be purchased separately.
  • A single power outlet will be provided on request.
  • Wireless Internet access will be available to all. Wired Internet access will need to be booked separately.
  • There is no option to share a table; the closest alternative is a Solo space.

Spaces are allocated and exhibitors featured in the online gallery in the order that bookings are made (subject to prompt payment), so to secure the best location book early!

Additional exhibitor benefits

Promote an additional brand in the show directory and on the website for $250. As a bonus you will also receive a year’s listing for the additional brand in the public Visual Connections directory. You can select this option when you book or you can add it to your booking afterwards by booking expo extras.
