The high quality printed booklet produced for our New York expos is designed as a reference resource to keep.

You can buy a quarter-page listing. You just need to supply your logo, an image, contact details, a short description and indicate what types of media and license models you offer. Listings are indexed by principal subject categories (or ‘general stock’ for non-specialist agencies). You don’t need to exhibit to be listed.

To really stand out, take a half- or full-page advertisement space.

1,000 copies of the directory are handed out or mailed to buyers.

The dimensions (width x height) are 7" x 8.5" / 178mm x 216mm.

Include your literature in expo registration bags

Place a flyer, brochure or branded goodies in the registration bags handed to all expo attendees. Please check with us before you book if you want to include something unusually large or heavy, such as a catalog.

Advertise on monitors at expos

Feature your company’s products or services on large-format monitors strategically placed by the food and beverage tables at our events. Show an ad, showreel of clips or slideshow of still images, with or without a soundtrack. Purchase slots of between one and three minutes. Each slot is repeated at least 20 times throughout the day, so each minute you purchase will get at least 20 minutes of exposure. You can supply a ready-built video or a folder of still images.

This issue will feature the 31st Annual Stock Visual Survey. It’s a cover story that celebrates the rise of stock imagery to its current level of importance as a resource for creative and design professionals. How to book

Log in to the booking system. On the Book advertising and promotion page, scroll down to Advertise with a Visual Connections partner.

You will need to upload a logo and horizontal image, and enter a short sales pitch and contact details (technical specifications below).

Orders must be placed and your image uploaded by Friday, September 8.


Your image for the ad must be a single horizontal, at least 990 x 660 pixels (3.3" x 2.2" @ 300dpi), with no embedded text, graphics or visible watermarks. The logo should be supplied as an EPS or PDF. The sales pitch may be up to 140 characters.

If you have already uploaded an image for the Image Expo show directory, you can choose to re-use that image.
