Information for exhibitors

Show guide entry

All exhibitors are listed in the printed show guide (handed out to all attendees). Each entry includes the exhibitor’s brand name, logo, contact details and a short description. You may upload an image if you would like it to be featured (with a credit) in pre-event advertising. If you choose to represent a second brand (at a cost of just $200), it will have a separate listing in the show guide and in the online gallery. You can select this option when you book or you can add it to your booking afterwards by creating a supplementary booking.

Images and details for online gallery

As soon as you make your booking your company is included in the exhibitor list and online gallery. The details are drawn from your Visual Connections directory entry, which you can update online. Exhibitors are also featured in the public, searchable Visual Connections directory for one year (new listings go live on receipt of booking payment or deposit).

Postcards invitations

The deadline has passed for ordering postcard invitations. Postcards are being printed and will be shipped during the first week of September.

Electricity

An electricity outlet can be provided to your table at no extra cost, but you must request this in advance by selecting the option in your online booking details.

Internet access

Wireless Internet access is included in the exhibitor package. The password will be given out on the day. We are unable to provide hard-wired Internet access at this event.

Flat screen rentals

We have again negotiated extremely competitive prices for renting flat-screen monitors. Please place your order directly with rentacomputer.com using this order form. Please do not rent from another company as they will not be permitted to deliver to the venue.

Badges

Please enter the names of whoever will be coming from your organization. Additional staff over your allowance must be booked in advance. The cost is $60 per extra person, or $30 for a substitute (who will take over from someone else during the day).
