One-off e-mail blasts

Do you have some big news you want to share with a wider audience than usual? Do you want to test the waters with direct email marketing? This is a unique opportunity to access one of the most comprehensive databases of qualified picture buyers in the world at an exceptionally low price with no ongoing commitments.

Simply prepare your email content and decide on what territories and market sectors you want to reach, and we’ll confirm the size of the mailing list and total cost. If you decide to proceed, we’ll set up your mailing, send you a test copy, and schedule it to go out when you want. After the mailing has gone out, we will send you a summary report on opens and clicks.

Set-up fees

• Creation of an email template in your house style: $100
• Subsequent non-trivial revisions to template: $50
• Mailing setup fee (using new text and images): $50

Mailing list usage and mailing credits

• Up to 5,000 names: $10 per 100 (10c/name)
• Next 5,000 names: $10 per 200 (5c/name)
• Additional names: $10 per 250 (4c/name)

Individual contact details are not revealed (unless you upgrade to a subscription service).

If you decide to do further mailings, you can offset the cost of a one-off mailing against a StockPro Lite subscription (see below). The subscription will run until the anniversary of the setup date for the one-off mailing, and the mailing credits used for your one-off mailing will be deducted from your subscription allocation. So for example, if we set up a one-off mailing on 1 March 2010 to 10,000 names at a cost of $950, you could later convert that into a StockPro Lite subscription by paying $1,390. The subscription would run until 28 February 2009 and include 50,000 mailing credits.

If you thought that effective email marketing was prohibitively expensive and complex to manage, we have the answer: an all inclusive service that lets you communicate regularly with professional picture buyers in the US and Europe. This service is available to photographers and agencies with up to five staff worldwide.

A twelve-month subscription at $195/month covers:

1. Creation of an email template in your house style
2. Consultancy on selecting appropriate mailing list, and format of email content
3. Access to full database of worldwide contacts
4. Access to reports on opens and clicks for all mailings
5. Setup for up to 12 mailings
6. 60,000 mailing credits

Your commitment is to a full year’s subscription, but you can trial our service with a one-off mailing, the cost of which you can offset against a subscription (see above).

The following add-ons to a subscription are charged as follows:

• Non-trivial revisions to template: $50
• Additional mailing setups (over 12): $50
• Additional mailing credits (over 60,000): at costs below
