Show directory

Redesigned for Visual Connections New York 2012, the show directory is a useful reference resource with a shelf life beyond the show. It contains an illustrated directory of image and service suppliers (not just exhibitors). Each quarter-page listing includes an image, logo, contact details, a short description and indicators of the types of media and license models offered. Listings are indexed by principal subject categories (or ‘general stock’ for non-specialist agencies). The directory will also include a selection of educational articles for buyers.

The directory will be handed to all attendees at the show, mailed to other buyers who register for the event but do not attend, and distributed to other buyers in various ways – over 1,000 copies in total.

We strongly recommend taking a listing in the directory (complimentary for exhibitors), and we offer half or full page advertisement space to really stand out from the crowd.

Registration bag

We hand out a registration bag to all attendees in which we can place your flyer, brochure, or branded goodies. Please check with us before you book if you want to include something unusually large or heavy, such as a catalog.

On-screen advertising

Feature your company’s products or services on large-format monitors strategically placed by the food and beverage tables at our events. We can screen adverts, clips or slideshows of still images, with or without a soundtrack. You may purchase slots of between one and five minutes that will be repeated at least 20 times throughout the day, so each minute you purchase will get at least 20 minutes of exposure. We can build a slide show for you (up to ten images per minute-slot) or you can supply a ready-built movie.
