Visual Connections New York is returning to the Metropolitan Pavilion in Chelsea on Wednesday, October 13th. The date dovetails with the PACA Annual International Conference on October 15–17, also in New York, to facilitate your travel arrangements.
Visual Connections New York is a key event in the industry calendar, drawing in the region of 1,000 professional picture buyers and researchers to see over 100 stock libraries and photographers from around the world. Tables
We offer three sizes of tables for your exhibit space:
- Double: 12' x 2' / 3.6m x 0.6m
- Standard: 6' x 2' / 1.8m x 0.6m
- Shared: 3' x 2' / 0.9m x 0.6m
Each table includes:
- Drape and signage
- 4' (1.2m) of space behind the table and 1' (0.3m) gap either side.
- Power outlet
- Chairs: 2 as standard, 4 with a double, 1 with a shared
- Top quality food and refreshments throughout the day

Table allocation
You may choose the location of your standard or double table and we will follow your instructions where possible. For a shared table, Visual Connections will choose the location unless you arrange a partner to share with. All tables are allocated in the order that bookings are made (subject to prompt payment), so to secure the best table book now!

*Participants at Visual Connections / Picturehouse US events in 2008 and 2009, current PACA, BAPLA, ASMP, APA, ASPP and SAA members receive a 10% discount on tables and all our other marketing opportunities booked by September 5.
If you have not exhibited with us before (i.e. not in 2008 or 2009) we want to minimize any perceived risk to your marketing budget, so we are offering a 50% money-back satisfaction guarantee. Contact us between 30 and 60 days after the event if you honestly believe that your money was not well spent and we will refund 50% of the price you paid for your table.
There is an option to promote an additional brand in the show guide and on the website for $250. As a bonus you will also receive a year’s listing for the additional brand in the public Visual Connections directory. You can select this option when you book or you can add it to your booking afterwards by creating a supplementary booking.
