Set-up

Set-up will take place on the morning of the show.

Timings

Shipping via the warehouse

• Shipping costs are $30 per box (or $60 per box if no shipping form is received by April 20th).
• Shipments may only be received at the warehouse from Monday April 9th through Monday April 23rd. Shipments arriving outside these dates may be returned or incur extra charges.
• You must label all boxes with the following:
  VISUAL CONNECTIONS  April 26 / [your company name] / Table # [your table number]
• Address your shipment to (NOTE THAT THIS CHANGED ON APRIL 2ND):

• Complete and return the shipping form by Friday April 20th. Failure to do so will incur a penalty charge of an additional $30/box.

Return shipments

• Please bring shipping labels, international forms, etc. for return packages.
• Return labels must have the following information:

• All return shipments must have a valid shipping account number assigned to them (e.g. by UPS, FedEx or DHL).
• The warehouse will collect all boxes after the event, provided they are properly secured and labeled.
• You must schedule your courier to pick up from the warehouse no later than noon on Monday, April 30th.

Neither Visual Connections, GIO Express, nor the Chicago Cultural Center assumes any liability or responsibility for shipments not properly shipped or labeled.

No shipping to the venue

Shipments may not be sent to the venue. Your staff must bring any materials into the venue that are not sent via the warehouse.

Loading/unloading

The loading dock is located directly behind the building on Garland Court. Vehicles must unload and move on as quickly as possible. There is a parking garage across the street from the venue.
