Image in the show guide and pre-event advertising
All participants may have one image included in the printed show guide (handed out to all attendees) and, time permitting, the same image and a logo in pre-event advertising. You can feature a second brand (contact details and image) in the show guide and in the online gallery for $250 if you select this option when you book or you can add it to your booking afterwards by creating a supplementary booking.
Please upload an image at least 4.5" x 3" @ 300 dpi (horizontal only) as a high quality RGB JPEG. Please choose a different image than last year!
Please upload your logo as a PDF with fonts embedded (preferred), EPS or TIFF (1200dpi).
Deadline for uploading image and text: March 16 or sooner to be featured in pre-event advertising
Images and details for online gallery
As soon as you make your booking your company is included in the exhibitor list and online gallery as soon as you book. The details are drawn from your Visual Connections directory entry, which you can update online.All exhibitors also feature in the public, searchable Visual Connections directory for one year.
We can provide you with free postcard invitations to mail out to your clients. These will be printed and mailed to you in March. To order your cards, add them to your online booking details.
Deadline for ordering: March 2
Guarantee extra traffic to your table by offering a prize for the drawing after the event. To be entered into the prize drawing an attendee must get their prize card (given out on registration) stamped by all the exhibitors offering prizes.
This opportunity is strictly limited and all prizes must be approved by us for inclusion. The value (at least $300) and appeal of your proposed prize will be factors in making our decision. To nominate a prize, add a short description to your online booking details, and upload an image of it.
You do not have to bring your prize to the event. The drawing will be held after the show and you will be emailed the contact details of the winner of your prize. You are responsible for shipping the prize to the winner.

Free publicity for your product/service launch announcement
If you are planning on launching a new product line or service in time for the event, we will post your press release to our website and, where relevant, mention it to picture buyers in our pre-event communications to image buyers.
Please forward press releases as a PDF or Word document to Edward Leigh at firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate if you would like to use our press release distribution service. Please also ensure that your document:
- Contains news of interest to picture buyers
- Is a genuine press release, not an advert
- Contains contact details for press enquiries
- Is dated
An electricity outlet can be provided to your table at no extra cost, but you must request this in advance by selecting the option in your online booking details.

Wireless Internet access is included in the exhibitor package. The password will be given out on the day. We are unable to provide hard-wired Internet access at this event.
We have negotiated great prices for flat-screen display rentals. Please order directly from rentacomputers.com using this fax order form.
Deadline for ordering rental equipment: April 12
Please enter the names of whoever will be coming from your organization. Additional staff over your allowance (2 per table) must be booked in advance. The cost is $60 per extra person, or $20 for a substitute (who will take over from someone else during the day).
